Reachware is an Integration Platform as a Service (“IPaaS”) that helps businesses automate processes and integrate multiple systems into a unified ecosystem.

4. Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL)

Reachware is committed to full compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all implementing regulations and instructions issued thereunder, in addition to any other applicable laws or regulatory requirements related to data protection and privacy. In this regard, the Company adopts appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures to ensure the protection and lawful processing of personal data in a secure manner, in accordance with the requirements of the Law, and to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or unlawful destruction of data.

The Company also undertakes to process personal data only for legitimate and specific purposes and only to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes. The Company shall take the necessary measures to ensure the accuracy and currency of the data and shall retain such data only for the period required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required under applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any personal data breach or security incident that may result in actual or potential harm to data subjects, the Company shall notify the competent authority in accordance with the requirements of the Law and its implementing regulations. The Company shall also notify the affected data subjects when such notification is required under applicable laws and regulations.

The Company further undertakes to enable data subjects to exercise their rights as provided under the Law, including the right to be informed, the right to access their personal data, the right to request correction or updating of such data, and any other rights granted under the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

Continued use of the Company’s services constitutes the user’s acknowledgment and acceptance of the Company’s data processing policies and the Company’s commitment to complying with the applicable regulatory requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concerning data protection and legal compliance.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Services you have requested

  • Comply with legal or regulatory requirements

  • Protect our legal interests

After such periods, we securely delete or anonymize your information in accordance with applicable laws.
