Odoo Integration Setup

Connect your Odoo ERP system with Reachware to synchronize inventory, sales orders, and customer data across platforms.

Prerequisites

• Odoo instance (v14 or newer) with API access enabled

• Odoo admin credentials or API key

• Reachware Integration Manager role

Configuration Steps

Go to Integrations > Add New > Odoo. Enter your Odoo instance URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.odoo.com), your database name, and API key. Reachware will verify the connection and display available modules for syncing.

Data Sync Options

Choose which Odoo modules to sync: Sales, Inventory, Contacts, Invoicing, and Purchase Orders. Each module can be configured independently with its own sync schedule and field mappings.
