Xero Integration Setup

Reachware integrates seamlessly with Xero to sync your financial data, invoices, and contacts. Follow these steps to connect your Xero account.

Prerequisites

  • An active Xero account with admin permissions

  • A Reachware account with Integration Manager role or higher

  • Access to your Xero organization settings

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

In your Reachware dashboard, go to Integrations > Add New Integration. Search for "Xero" in the integration marketplace and click "Connect".

Step 2: Authorize Access

You will be redirected to Xero's authorization page. Log in with your Xero credentials and grant Reachware the necessary permissions. Select the Xero organization you want to connect.

Step 3: Configure Data Mapping

After authorization, configure which data fields to sync between Reachware and Xero. You can map invoices, contacts, payments, and chart of accounts. Set your preferred sync frequency (real-time, hourly, or daily).
